Sefiani is engaged by L’Oréal, the world’s largest beauty company, to provide ongoing corporate reputation, strategic counsel, issues and crisis management and media relations support for key projects. In 2020, Sefiani collaborated with L’Oréal’s Australian team on two sustainability-focused projects.
L’Oréal for the Future
Sefiani supported the global announcement of L’Oréal For the Future, an initiative to launch the company’s 2030 business transformation and sustainability goals. Working with former Foreign Affairs Minister Julie Bishop as the key spokesperson, media and social platform coverage established L’Oréal as a global leader in sustainability, committed to limiting the impact of climate change. Key coverage included a glowing write-up in Vogue Australia and a TV segment on Studio 10.
L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science
Sefiani supported the L’Oréal-UNESCO for Women In Science fellowship, which recognises the important contribution of female scientists. Five leading Australian scientists were awarded a grant to advance their outstanding research, combatting the negative effects of climate change. To help build the profiles of these women and establish L’Oréal as an advocate for equity in science, we achieved top tier national media coverage. The earned media engagement complimented strategic partnerships and L’Oréal’s Girls in Science program for high school students.
