Launching the BRICKX brand to Australians

CHALLENGE: Sefiani was appointed to undertake the consumer launch of BRICKX, Australia’s first fractional property investment platform. Educating the public and media about fractional property investing was critical to this campaign, while creating awareness about the platform as a smart and viable alternative for Australians to break into property investment.

STRATEGY: We targeted key business property and consumer finance journalists and outlets to tell the BRICKX story and position BRICKX’s CEO as the person to educate Aussies on the benefits of fractional property investment. We leveraged case studies, and property experts to help illustrate the story.

IMPACT: BRICKX was launched to great media fanfare, including coverage across key broadcast targets such as Nine News Now, 2GB Money News. In print and online, high quality coverage featuring BRICKX case studies and key messages syndicated across Fairfax (now Nine Group) and News Corp publications nationally, which gave the property investment platform a running start in the new market.
