CHALLENGE: Arup is an independent firm of designers, engineers, architects, planners, consultants and technical specialists working across every aspect of today’s built environment to help clients solve challenges. Sefiani was engaged to highlight Arup’s credentials as a innovative global thought leader in sustainability consulting to the market in Australia.
STRATEGY: Sefiani devised and executed a PR program that included promoting Arup’s Shaping Our City series, in which it worked with partners such as Mirvac, UTS and Circular Economy Australia to create live events with panel discussions on big issues such as the collaborative economy and transport. We invited journalists from key publications to attend and interview the panellists.
IMPACT: Sefiani secured major pieces of coverage in target titles, including The AFR, The SMH, and key design and sustainability trade publications, showcasing Arup’s thought leadership on sustainability. The series helped Arup spokespeople become go-to sources of comment for journalists writing about engineering, design and sustainability.
