26 Mar Sefiani scoops Mumbrella CommsCon Awards 2018
Sefiani was the most-awarded agency in the coveted 2018 CommsCon Awards, recognising and celebrating excellence in the Australian communications industry.
Most significantly, Sefiani won the prestigious Midsize Agency of the Year Award, which recognised the agency’s growth and innovation, quality and significance of client work, professional development of people and achievements in the industry.
Sefiani was also awarded Best Government Relations Campaign and was Highly Commended in the Pro Bono Campaign of the Year category for work with privacy campaigner Brieana Rose, which resulted in NSW Parliament introducing new laws to criminalise the taking and sharing of intimate images without consent. Similar image-abuse laws were also recently passed in the Australian Senate.
Sefiani Senior Account Director Shane Allison won PR Professional of the Year – Agency in recognition of his ongoing achievements for clients and contribution to the agency.
Sefiani was also a finalist for PR Employer of the Year and Robyn Sefiani was a finalist for PR Leader of the Year.
