Anonymous feedback gleaned in stakeholder interviews establishes a baseline of perceptions that informs future strategic communications planning

• Crisis preparedness workshops – an essential component to assessing and mitigating a client’s vulnerability to reputation damage in a crisis situation. This full-day workshop results in a detailed crisis response framework to guide the leadership group in the event of a crisis.
