Instilling critical capabilities

Sefiani has developed proprietary service modules that complement our broad service capability. Integrated within client programs or delivered as stand-alone services, these include:

  • Media interview skills training – half-day or full-day training workshops to prepare up to five executives for direct contact with media
  • Stakeholder perception audits – probing the views, sentiment and disposition toward a company held by key stakeholder groups (typically media or investors). Anonymous feedback gleaned in stakeholder interviews establishes a baseline of perceptions that informs future strategic communications planning
  • Crisis preparedness workshops – an essential component to assessing and mitigating a client’s vulnerability to reputation damage in a crisis situation. This full-day workshop results in a detailed crisis response framework to guide the leadership group in the event of a crisis.
