The key to our success is a process in which we:

  • Understand a client's business through detailed briefings on strategy, operations, products, goals and challenges, and analysis of media reports of the client and competitors. Clients derive most value when our working relationship is frank and open, and mutual expectations are clearly established. Confidentiality is of course assured.
  • Test perceptions to gauge whether others share the client's view of itself. Ideally, we undertake a stakeholder perception audit, which may include interviews with journalists, key analysts and fund managers, customers and prospects, opinion leaders and influencers.
  • Devise a communications strategy and program that reflects agreed positioning objectives, timeframes, budgets and expected outcomes.
  • Implement programs with enthusiasm and commitment, working in partnership with clients to ensure we maximise opportunities.
  • Review progress and evaluate achievements through regular meetings, reports and formal reviews, conducted in a spirit of openness and accountability.

When clients engage Sefiani for long-term partnerships or short-term assignments, they get stable teams with senior consultants working closely with the agency principal.

These teams are assembled carefully to best match our own experience and insight with client needs. We also draw on our network of specialist contractors who operate seamlessly as part of the Sefiani team if a brief requires.
